Liverpool have now confirmed that Mane has suffered a significant hamstring injury and will be out of action fro up to six weeks while he recovers.

All told, the Senegal worldwide is expected to miss at least nine matches in the league and Europe after being taken off late in the second half during Saturday's 2-0 win over Cape Verde.
