The Shield Is Back and Already Has a TLC Match

The Miz escaped outside the ring but was chased by Ambrose and Rollins.

With The Miztourage - and later Cesaro and Sheamus - serving as Miz's backup, Reigns was beaten down and embarrassed on the last two editions of Raw. The segment was promptly interrupted by Reigns, whose music was followed by Dean Ambrose, whose entrance was followed by Seth Rollins. In classic Shield fashion, the trio then destroyed Miz with their trademark triple powerbomb.

Although Reigns managed to eliminate Dallas and Axel for the mix, he was unable to win the Intercontinental Championship because Cesaro and Sheamus interfered.

Emma won a fatal five-way elimination match on Raw tonight and will be facing Asuka at TLC on October 22nd.

Not content to just brutalize The Miz and call it a night, The Shield would return later on to attack Braun Strowman. Last week saw the trio standing in the same room and basically saying they were getting back together, though the question is how long they'll be able to keep this going.

TLC is Raw's last pay-per-view before November's dual-branded Survivor Series show.

Meanwhile, the players are all geared up for the next challenge. "We had a plan before the game and we stuck to it", de Matos said.

Then in the backstage, Miz was moaning the pain and Kurt Angle, RAW General Manager announced that Miz, Sheamus and Cesaro will compete with the SHIELD at TLC Pay Per View in a tablets, ladders and chairs match.

Even more, Rollins, Ambrose, and Reigns already have a match.
