Taylor Swift gets her own app, and it looks like Instagram

Considering how ardent Swift's fans are, the project could be a hit, which would be good news for Glu Mobile, the company behind The Swift Life as well as other celebrity-driven apps like Kim Kardashian: Hollywood and Restaurant Dash: Gordon Ramsay.

Taylor is launching an app, and we can't wait to get out hands on it.

You will be able to book a table through the app partnered with Bookatable and hail a ride through the app partnered with Uber. Snapchat says that it will be adding more partners and additional information to Context Cards in the future.

The beta version of the app is due to be "available in limited territories soon" and was originally meant to coincide with the release of Swift's new album "Reputation", due on November 10.

Taylor Swift is getting ready to launch a social network that will let her fans play play play far from the hate hate hate. The app will offer "exclusive" content, pics, and even a chance to directly engage with Swift - or a handler of hers posing as the "Shake It Off" songstress. The Swift Life will provide a "community-based" experience for the multi-Grammy Award winner's fans to connect with each other and Swift herself.
