Arby's venison sandwiches soon available at every Arby's in MI, limited supply

Last year, the roast beef fast food chain tested the sandwich in five "hunting-centric markets", including Wisconsin.

Venison fans will be able to get their hands on the sandwich starting October 21. "On Oct. 21, we want hunters and meat enthusiasts across the country to visit their local Arby's and enjoy this awesome sandwich".

The chain's chief marketing advisor, Jim Taylor, was quick to point out that Arby's expects both sandwiches to sell out fast.

USA Today reports the sandwich will be featured in 3,300 restaurants and features thick-cut venison steak with crispy onions and a berry sauce on a toasted roll.

Arby's spokesperson Mike Vizza says the restaurant released the venison sandwiches in five hunting centric states previous year and all of the locations sold out within a few hours of having the sandwiches on the menu.

Author's note: As someone who grew up deer hunting and eating venison, I have a hard time believing rugged Pennsylvania outdoorsmen are craving Arby's when they think of their big-game delicacy. The deer meat is "marinated in garlic, salt and pepper and then sous-vide for three hours".

The company, responding to the engineer's allegations, says that the data is collected for analytics and aftersales support. Since those two services are natively part of OnePlus' OxygenOS operating system, meddling with it could have consequences.

Later this month, the company will bring both elk and venison sandwiches to locations across the U.S. "It's a flawless example of the level of innovation coming from our teams and our commitment to creating experiences that guests can only get at Arby's". Additionally, limited-edition elk sandwiches will be sold at three stores in Colorado, Montana and Wyoming.
