Though dozens of women have told stories of sexual predation by the Hollywood mogul in the past week, beginning with reports in the New York Times and the New Yorker that blew the story open, Weinstein has never been criminally charged.

British media also reported overnight that London police are investigating an allegation of sexual assault involving Weinstein. This directly contradicts what Harvey's brother Bob Weinstein and company chief David Glasser told staffers in a meeting on Tuesday.

Representatives for Twitter declined to comment Thursday.

Hillary Clinton has also come out against Weinstein, condemning his actions and saying in an interview with CNN Wednesday that she will donate the money Weinstein contributed to her political campaigns.
