CBS News suspends CBS This Morning's Charlie Rose

Eight women have accused Rose of making unwanted sexual advances toward them, the Washington Post reported yesterday test sexual harassment allegations made against a prominent American man. "These allegations are extremely disturbing and we take them very seriously", CBS News said in a statement.

In a statement to EW, a PBS spokesperson said, "PBS was shocked to learn today of these deeply disturbing allegations". PBS said it is immediately halting distribution of Rose's interview program. The producer told The Post she regrets not doing more to help the women who complained about Rose. I tried not to get in a vehicle with him ever again.

Rose told the Post that he was "deeply embarrassed" and apologized for his behavior. "One said he groped her buttocks at a staff party". "I have behaved insensitively at times, and I accept responsibility for that, though I do not believe that all of these allegations are accurate", Rose said, in part, in a statement to the Post. "I always felt that I was pursuing shared feelings, even though I now realize I was mistaken", he continued. I am greatly embarrassed, ' stated Rose.

Art Del Cueto, the vice-president of the NBPC, said the agents "were out there responding to a sensor and one agent was murdered". Trump says a second officer injured Sunday was "brutally beaten and badly, badly hurt" but "looks like he'll make it".

The Charlie Rose show airs on PBS.

Rose, 75, hosts the Charlie Rose show on PBS, as well as acting as co-host of CBS This Morning and a correspondent for 60 Minutes.

Despite his age and heart troubles in the past, Rose had been one of the busiest figures in television. A common interaction saw Rose giving shoulder rubs to the young women dubbed "Charlie's Angels", the story alleges.

Harrison Ford rescues woman from auto crash
Harrison Ford was seen in Santa Paula helping out at the scene of a rollover accident Sunday, authorities said. It is unclear what the cause of the accident was, but fortunately the woman only suffered minor injuries.

CBS followed up with their own suspension of Rose, who works at both networks.

Megan Creydt, the third woman who spoke to the Post on the record, overlapped with Godfrey-Ryan when she worked as a coordinator on Rose's show from 2005 to 2006.

Yellen to step down from Federal Reserve board
If he fills the remaining vacant positions, Trump will have appointed five of the seven members on the board of governors. Yellen served as a Fed vice chair before Democratic President Barack Obama nominated her as Fed chief in 2014.

Allegations of inappropriate workplace behavior by Charlie Rose, broken Monday afternoon by the Washington Post, are startling and dismaying in and of themselves.
