Black Mirror loves its twists, so it makes sense the show would fake everyone out by announcing the release date for the new season right after flooding its fans with teasers.

Season four will have six episodes, each telling a standalone story, and trailers have been released for each.

The dystopian series by Charlie Brooker will return to Nextflix with six new episodes on Friday 29th December - so it turns out there are actually two Black Fridays.

According to EW, however, horror-loving streamers can find the new season on their devices December 29.
