Russian Federation probe cost $7 million over 5 months, DOJ says

Special counsel Robert Mueller has subpoenaed President Donald Trump's financial dealings with Deutsche Bank, likely including information on a large loan borrowed from Germany's biggest financial institution, according to reports.

Special counsel Robert Mueller spent $3.2 million over that time.

Mueller's spending included $3.2 million in direct and reimbursed expenditures - including more than $1.7 million for personnel, $733,000 for equipment, $362,000 for rent and utilities, $223,000 for travel and $157,000 for contract services, such as technology services and transcripts, according to the report.

Mueller was appointed in May to lead the investigation into Russian meddling in the 2016 election. Another $220,000 helped the special counsel's office employees relocate to work with Mueller. But there is appropriate oversight by the department. Some of the costs in the budget are for expenses the Justice Department would have already spent on other teams, such as for employees on detail to Mueller from other DOJ divisions.

Philadelphia Sixers Agree To Trade Jahlil Okafor
Okafor has largely been considered a bust and he asked for a contract buyout once the Sixers declined to pick up his option. He now joins D'Angelo Russell, the No. 2 pick in that draft, on a Nets roster with some intriguing young talent.

Kallstrom said that he hopes the Department of Justice is investigating the FBI for what appears to be its leniency on Clinton and its crackdown on Trump.

Mueller, a former Federal Bureau of Investigation director, appears to be moving at a faster pace than previous investigators. Trump has repeatedly called the investigation a "witch hunt" and has acknowledged that he fired Comey at least partly due to the probe. The president's financial records could potentially show whether Trump owes or has received money from suspects connected to Russian Federation.

Fitton appeared on Fox to discuss reports that Strzok not only interviewed Hillary Clinton and her aides during the investigation into the former Secretary of State's private email server, but also interviewed former National Security Advisor Mike Flynn, who pleaded guilty last week to lying to the FBI.

'Bohemian Rhapsody' replaces Bryan Singer With 'Eddie the Eagle' Director Dexter Fletcher
As previously reported , Singer was sacked from the project after failing to show up on the set after Thanksgiving. Singer, on the other hand, denies any allegations of unprofessional behavior during the film's production.

George Papadopoulos, a former Trump campaign foreign policy adviser, made a similar plea deal with Mueller's prosecutors in October.

Flynn, who left the White House in February after acknowledging that he'd given an incomplete account to Vice President Mike Pence about his contacts in Russia, pleaded guilty Friday to lying to the Federal Bureau of Investigation about reaching out to Russian officials during the campaign in exchange for leniency from Mueller.

Beyond the $3.2 million being spent directly by Mueller's team, an additional $3.5 million was spent by other entities in the DOJ that are involved in investigations supporting Mueller's probe.
