Hollywood Stars Front Campaign Against Sexual Harassment

The campaign includes a legal fund to help women protect themselves from sexual misconduct.

Reese Witherspoon, Meryl Streep and Natalie Portman are among stars backing a campaign in Hollywood against sexual harassment.

This followed a letter of solidarity from 700,000 female Latina farmworkers who expressed their support for those in the entertainment industry who suffered sexual harassment and abuse in the workplace - a reality they said they know "far too well". "We fervently urge the media covering disclosures by people in Holywood to spend equal time on the myriad of experiences of individuals working in less glamourized and valorized trades", a message posted on the group's website read.
