3 women, suspect dead; 3 officers wounded in 14-hour Detroit standoff

Three women were killed and three police officers injured in a risky barricade incident at a Detroit home that lasted from Sunday night through Monday, Detroit police said.

The suspect has not been spoken to since 2:30 a.m. Monday and remains barricaded inside the home.

WDIV reports that police were called to Lamont Street around 10:20 p.m. following a report about shots being fired.
