49ers LB Reuben Foster reportedly arrested on suspicion of domestic violence

Foster was reportedly booked Sunday at the Santa Clara County Jail and is being held on $75,000 bail. It was reported Sunday that the police had recovered one such firearm. As more info was obtained, it turned out he allegedly dragged his girlfriend during an argument at a Los Gatos, California home on Sunday morning, according to Robert Salonga and Cam Inman of the San Jose Mercury News. Officers located the rifle while responding to the call.

The team released a statement in the wake of the news.

Reuben Foster met with 49ers officials on Monday, one day after the linebacker was arrested on domestic violence and other charges in nearby Los Gatos.

The 49ers are aware of the arrest and gathering information.

Second judge blocks Trump administration from ending DACA
He delayed enforcement to give Congress until 5 March to enact a replacement plan for Daca recipients, known as "Dreamers". Trump was referring to a deadline he announced past year to end a program protecting young immigrants from deportation.

In 2017, he failed a drug test at the National Football League combine for submitting a diluted urine sample.

Foster's marijuana charge pales in comparison to his latest arrest.

In the wake of Foster's January arrest, general manager John Lynch expressed concern and an ultimatum of sorts.

"He's got to stay clean", Lynch told at the Senior Bowl. But remember, Foster is a first-round pick.

"There has been increased activity", said Olivia Butler, a nurse with the Wicomico County Health Department. In addition, be tired of contact, like handshakes or hugs, and avoid finger foods and touching your face.

Obviously, this isn't a good look for him at all.

It's shaping up to be a dismal offseason for Foster, who is coming off a very impressive rookie outing.

Foster and the 49ers organization are still waiting on word from the league concerning discipline for his initial arrest after being placed in the NFL's substance abuse program following the submission of a diluted urine sample at the NFL Combine in 2017.

According to MMQB, Foster was not picked until the 31st choice in the first round because teams with higher picks were concerned about Foster due to his "immaturity" and "issues with life skills". "If they're to that degree with Foster, I would imagine this is the last we are going to see of Reuben Foster with the 49ers".
