Arizona draws 4 seed in South region in NCAA tournament

They drew the No. 12 seed in Davidson. Selected as the fourth seed in the South Region, the Wildcats will face the Buffalo Bulls on Thursday in Boise, Idaho.

If the Wildcats win their opener, they will face the victor of the No. 5 Kentucky and No. 12 Davidson game on Saturday.

While UA's win over USC on Saturday didn't appear to help the Wildcats much, it blocked the Trojans from making the NCAA Tournament field. The Wildcats were placed with Virginia in the South Region bracket along with second-seeded Cincinnati and third-seeded Tennessee.
