Robert Mueller Can't Get It Up for Collusion on 'Saturday Night Live'

Robert Mueller Can't Get It Up for Collusion on 'Saturday Night Live'

And just as Arie Luyendyk Jr. broke Becca Kufrin's heart, SNL showed Mueller breaking America's heart by saying the case that that Trump campaign colluded with Russian Federation just might not be there. It was basically a word-for-word reenactment of Arie Luyendyk Jr.'s shocking breakup with Becca Kufrin, but in this scenario, Arie was replaced by Kate McKinnon's Mueller, who was breaking the bad news to Becca (Cecily Strong) that he might not have Trump on collusion.

"So that's it? He's just going to be president?" she asked Mueller. "I'm excited to see him".

"How do I start this conversation? I was ready to do the damn thing". The "Seychelles were wonderful ... but I keep thinking about obstruction".

"Baby, I'm scared", he says to his wife.

Palestinian shot dead during clashes with Israelis in the Nablus area
Palestinian group Hamas said it won't be able to stop planned protests in May when the United States moves its embassy to Jerusalem.

Kate McKinnon, as special counsel Robert Mueller, tells a voter he has a better case against President Trump for obstruction, rather than collusion.

"I think I need to explore the possibility that I might have a stronger case with some other stuff", Mueller responds, prompting Becca to exclaim, "I can't f***ing believe it" and burying her head in her hands. She was under the impression the indictment of 13 Russians and revelations that a secret meeting between a Trump supporter and Russian businessman in Seychelles meant something to their budding relationship. "I'm just trying to be honest with you and tell you that I can't commit to collusion right now".

She added, "I was ready, Bob".

"This is so fucking embarrassing", Strong says.

Sri Lankan President Sirisena to appoint panel to probe anti-Muslim riots
Minister Dayasiri Jayasekara said the national security was more important than anything else and the situation is now returning to normal.

The skit continues in this hilarious back-and-forth for a few minutes-mirroring the horrendous Bachelor breakup move-by-move-reaching its peak moment when "Becca" laments: "Oh my God, so I have to wait two more years for [Trump] to be out of office?" to which "Mueller" replies, "Honestly, probably six", as "Becca" begins cursing and ultimately storms away.

The awkward, unedited scene from the finale was parodied in the "SNL" opening skit with some parts mimicking the finale shot-for-shot.

"So that's it? He's just gonna be president?"
