USA man shot in head while on Facebook live

The incident has gained national attention because it was captured on Facebook Live.

A man was shot in the head in a auto as his friends played with a loaded gun during a Facebook Live video.

The video has since been edited and does not show the moment Holmes is shot.

Police said Holmes, 26, was in the vehicle with Damper, 25, and another man, when the woman began pointing the gun at the camera.

Just moments later the gun went off and Holmes was wounded.

Judge in Bill Cosby retrial gives defence two big victories
Veteran lawyers and jury consultants say #MeToo will make jury selection more complex and raise the stakes even higher. Cosby's defense has laid out their plan to portray the accuser as a greedy liar who framed the comedian to get rich.

Houston police say this happened at a gas station on Almeda Road around 2:30 Sunday morning.

'You're making me nervous, ' Holmes says in the video now circulating online.

A second later, the gun fired.

'It ain't got no clip, bud, ' another person, since identified as Cadillac Coleman is heard saying.

The 26-year-old man slumped over on his side and blood began pouring out of his head.

Following the shooting incident, Click2Houston reported Damper and Coleman fleeing the auto, leaving Holmes bleeding out in the front passenger seat. She allegedly told authorities that she was not aware the gun was loaded when it fired.

The other man in the video has not been charged.

Holmes was immediately rushed to a nearby hospital, where he remains in critical condition, according to local authorities.
