Trump Cancels Visit to S. America, Wants to Oversee US Syria Response

President Donald Trump abruptly cancelled his first trip to Latin America on Tuesday (April 10), hunkering down in the White House as he faces momentous decisions about military strikes in Syria and an FBI investigation that is inching closer to the Oval Office.

The US President Donald trump has the authority to dismiss spectacular Robert Mueller investigating possible collusion between his campaign staff and Russian Federation, said Tuesday the White house.

She defended that Trump's tweet didn't give any plans away, adding that the president is still deciding on a timetable and repeating that he's leaving a number of options on the table.

In his tweets proclaiming a calm and calculated White House, Trump also criticized Mueller again over a raid on the home and office of his personal attorney, Michael Cohen.

With both ideas, the Pentagon initially referred comment back to the White House to get the proper read on the president's meaning.

The discussions come as Trump's newest national security adviser, John Bolton, stepped into the job this week.
