NEWARK, N.J. - Taylor Hall had a goal and two assists, setting up Stefan Noesen's game-winner with 7:05 play, and the New Jersey Devils scored four times in the third to claw their way back into their first-round series with Tampa Bay, beating the Lightning in Game 3.

In total, Pastrnak and his line mates have wracked up 20 points, the Leafs top line only has 2 points.

With the Bruins' net empty and Toronto clinging to a 4-2 lead, the puck found Pastnrak in prime area - as it has so much in this series - before the postseason's leading scoring let one rip but was foiled by the paddle of the sprawling Andersen's twig.

Toronto led 1-0 after the first, but Boston tied it at 3:06 of the second when McQuaid's shot from the point squeezed under Andersen's pad and dribbled in.

It was the right scorer converting at the flawless moment for the Leafs. We're still down 2-1.

Torey Krug and Kevan Miller had games to forget, as each ended the night with a -3 rating.

Marleau dialed back the clock and had a two-goal night at the best possible time. It seemed like Toronto were trying to pick on the second pairing of Krug and Miller, who have both had extremely strong seasons. They certainly have a blueprint to follow from this game, but also need to keep in mind that the Bruins will have an answer in Game 4.

Toronto was again missing C Nazem Kadri for the second game of a three-game suspension for his hit on Tommy Wingels in Game 1, Tomas Plekanec was moved up from the fourth line to play between Marleau and Marner on the No. 2 unit. Although the B's blitzed the Leafs at the Garden, nothing has really changed now that Toronto won Game 3.

This was unveiled at the game-day skate, with Plekanec between Kadri's regular linemates, Patrick Marleau, whose switch to centre for Game 2 was a flop, and Mitch Marner. Boston threw everything that they had at Toronto at home in Games 1 and 2, and Toronto finally countered with a similar effort and compete level in Game 3.

Boston Bruins head coach Bruce Cassidy spoke more with the officials ahead of the second period about the call, and explained his point of view on the situation after the game.
