Although there is no specific launch date of the OnePlus 6 so far, all indications are that the next "flagship killer" will launch in May in India. While the company is yet to confirm a release date, a report published on Moneycontrol has shed some light on the smartphone's India launch data as well as possible pricing. The system-on-chip will most likely be coupled with up to 8GB of RAM and 256GB inbuilt storage. The company CEO Pete Lou says that the OnePlus 6 is so fast because of the good hardware in phone as well as the optimisation the company is doing for software-hardware interaction.

OnePlus believes that user experience with their phones is paramount.

OnePlus 6 is going to hit the markets around the starting of the month of May. This is something that OnePlus co-founder Carl Pei revealed earlier.

The previous flagship smartphones of the OnePlus brand have been well accepted in India and there has been huge speculation around the OnePlus 6 as well over the last few months.

Although nothing has yet been confirmed, it appears this updated flagship will be brimming with features including an edge-to-edge display which will cover the entire front of the phone. The phone is expected to feature an FHD+ super AMOLED screen with 6.28-inch size this time. The leaked images of the OnePlus 6 hint that the phone may come with the alert slider in red and that its power button may be moved to the right edge. It will also come with a fingerprint sensor embedded beneath the rear camera. The company has been teasing the launch of the smartphone on its social media platforms.

Opposition protests continue in Yerevan
The state-owned ArmenPress news agency said several roads in Yerevan were fully or partially closed due to protests on April 20. Another protester, pensioner Ruben, said: "Protests must continue if we want Serzh (Sarkisian) to finally step down".
