I was trapped, raped in Chris Brown's home, woman claims in lawsuit

According to a report from TMZ, Brown is being sued for sexual assault by a woman who claims to have been raped at his house by one of his friends.

According to the lawsuit, the accuser was invited to an after-party at a recording studio to meet Brown, 29, and Grissom, 32, a rapper who goes by Young Lo, in the early morning hours of February 24, 2017, after attending a concert in LA.

A female friend of his, according to documents obtained by TMZ, allegedly locked her and other women into a bedroom and barricaded the door, the woman claims. When she showed reluctance to take off her clothes or perform sexual acts, the lawsuit claims, another woman referred to as Jane Doe X "violently grabbed Plaintiff by the throat and forced Plaintiff to perform oral sex on Grissom". Doe also alleges that Grissom raped her again, as she was trying to leave Brown's home.

According to Jane Doe, she visited a rape treatment center as soon as she was able to get free from the party, and reported the incident to the police immediately.

Chris Brown is being sued after an anonymous woman said she was raped by his friend during a party at his house in February past year. Allred called it "one of the most horrific sexual assault cases" that she'd ever seen. She said that Brown gave her cocaine, molly and marijuana, and then he and his friends took advantage of her while she was under the influence. Doe X then allegedly forced Doe to give her oral sex.

Allred, who has led numerous high-profile legal battles, including that of fallen comedian Bill Cosby, appeared at Los Angeles County Superior Court.

The name Doe X is being used at present as Jane Doe didn't know the woman at the time and doesn't know her name at present. There she was allegedly "sexually assaulted while falsely imprisoned in one of the bedrooms in Chris Brown's house", Allred said.

TheWrap has reached out to Brown's attorney and to Grissom for comment on the lawsuit, which alleges sexual battery, battery, assault, intentional infliction of emotional distress, negligence and other counts, and seeks unspecified damages. However, she stated that she was raped twice by Lo before she was allowed to leave.

Brown's attorney said the story was fabricated and that police did not find the piece of jewelry the woman described.

He also claimed that prior to filing the lawsuit, Gloria Allred and her client had demanded $17 million from Chris Brown.

At that point, the female friend forced the women to hook up with Brown and another man, Lowell Grissom, it has been alleged.
