President Trump Flies Again to Recovering Wife Melania's Side

US President Donald Trump visited his wife, Melania, in the hospital Tuesday as she continues to recover from a kidney procedure. He wrote about this in his Twitter, reports the with reference to the UNN. Mrs. Trump also represented the administration at the April funeral of former first lady Barbara Bush.

Trump tweeted Tuesday that his wife "will be leaving hospital in 2 or 3 days". "Thank you for so much love and support!" According to the statement, the procedure was successful, and Trump experienced no complications.

He tweeted that the procedure was successful, she was in "good spirits", and thanked "all of the well-wishers!" Earlier, he began remarks on Capitol Hill by thanking the "incredible" doctors at Walter Reed for his wife's care. "The fact that she's in the hospital for [the remainder of the] week says to me there's a little more to the story", he said.

Trump is speaking at the 37th annual National Peace Officers' Memorial Service in Washington.
