"I wanted to f*** his s*** up", Ennis said during her emotional two-hour testimony. "It was about money".

Ennis said she had gone to jail for falsely accusing a man of domestic violence.

Ennis' court testimony has included (as detailed on David Lombardi's timeline) stating that she was injured in a fight with a couple of other women the night before she accused Foster of domestic violence, and then Foster broke up with her the next morning.

The 49ers linebacker was arrested back in February on domestic violence charges that the accuser now claims she made up. Foster appeared to shake his head in disagreement when she said that. The motorist, Eugenio Pirir, testified Thursday that Ennis was calm and "she wasn't panicking" when she asked to use his cell phone. Then she said she planned to check herself into an unspecified clinic.

Elissa Ennis, former girlfriend of San Francisco 49ers linebacker Reuben Foster, center, walks out of Santa Clara County Superior Court with her attorney Stephanie Rickard, rear, after testifying in Foster's preliminary hearing, Thursday, May 17, 2018, in San Jose, Calif. Ennis said on the stand Thursday that she was coming from a hair appointment from the East Bay and didn't stop at a bar before getting cutting off another auto and getting into the altercation. She said she took jewelry and money and stored it in a safe in Louisiana.

"She was extremely upset and told him if he broke up with her she would 'trash his career, '" Rickard said. And charges were filed despite Ennis recanting her claims to Wiens two days after the incident.

Ennis also testified that she lied about Foster throwing a dog across a room during an argument, and acknowledged threatening to sell photos of Foster to TMZ showing him returning a Corvette he bought for her to drive. Today, in a San Jose courtroom, Ennis admitted to making it all up.

The defense is arguing Ennis injuries aren't consistent with the charges. 49ers GM John Lynch said the team would be patient through the legal process, but if the charges against Foster were proven true, he would be promptly released.

Also damaging to the prosecution's case was a video reportedly showing where Ennis' injuries originated from.

How can Judge Nona Klippen rule that there's enough evidence for a jury possibly to find Foster guilty beyond a reasonable doubt when Ennis just gave a textbook dose of reasonable doubt in live testimony in.
