Spurs' Leonard wants trade to LA

If the Spurs are to move forward with trading Leonard, the Lakers reportedly would face an uphill battle in prying him away.

Wojnarowski reported that the Spurs haven't given suitors guidance on what they'd be seeking for Leonard in a trade.

The Spurs star was plagued with injury for most of last season. It doesn't seem to be working, because the disgruntled superstar has privately maintained that he no longer wants to play for the San Antonio Spurs and wants to be traded.

The two-time All-Star is reportedly looking to leave San Antonio and is not concerned with missing out on the supermax contract of five years and $219 million that he is eligible for.

The two were expected to discuss the fractured relationship between Leonard and the Spurs organization, which has left Leonard feeling "uncomfortable with the Spurs organization" and eyeing a trade to Los Angeles, preferably to the Lakers.

Leonard had told confidants that he did not want to sit down with Popovich and has been purposely hard for the Spurs to reach recently.

Germany's Manuel Neuer says every game is a final after Mexico defeat
They face South Korea in their second group game on Saturday before their concluding group match against Sweden next week. Mexico , who was not favored to win the game, beat Germany 1-0.

However, it appears Leonard will try to force his way to another team.

Though the Spurs reportedly wouldn't be motivated to trade Leonard to the Lakers, Leonard's demands and intentions may make it hard for the Spurs.

Leonard was then ruled out for an indefinite period of time in order to continue his rehabilitation process from right quadriceps tendinopathy, even though he was subsequently cleared to play by the Spurs medical staff. Few situations would be better prepared to be in championship mode than Kawhi, James, Aldridge and Pop's special ability to get the best out of San Antonio's role players.

Addiction gaming is a real condition, the World Health Organization has decided, though not everybody agrees with the conclusion. The group noted that much of the scientific literature about compulsive gamers is based on evidence from young men in Asia.
