With mask on face thousands join PM Modi for world yoga celebration

To mark the worldwide Yoga Day, Indian Embassy to Dhaka celebrated the 4th global Day of Yoga (IDY) on Thursday with the presence of 10,000 people practicing the ancient Indian discipline at Bangabandhu stadium in Dhaka. Practicing yoga regularly keeps oneself calm, mood swings and fatigue would be balanced and the quality of life will be significantly improved.

Acting Nepali Prime Minister Ishwar Pokhrel and Indian Ambassador to Nepal Manjeev Singh Puri also participated in the event. "The person breaks from within, with loneliness enveloping him/her. Yoga does the work of joining these pieces", Modi said in his 15-minute address.

Mr Modi said that in yoga, one has the flawless solution to the problems one face, either as individuals or in society.
