'It's Called Trump Derangement Syndrome!': Trump Defends Putin Summit, Slams 'Haters'

"I have President Putin; he just said it's not Russia", Trump said on Monday.

U.S. Sen. Marco Rubio (R-Fla.), who took the president at his word Tuesday, said yesterday there was no question that Russian Federation continues efforts to interfere with U.S. elections systems - saying it was a "guarantee".

Clearly, the internet isn't buying it.

"The President's going to meet with his team and we'll let you know when we have an announcement on that", she said.

"The President has made clear to Vladimir Putin that he should stay out of United States elections", she said.

Florida beaches closed after shark attacks leave 2 injured
A beach in Florida was temporarily closed on Friday after two people suffered shark bites just minutes apart. Witness Tia Walker told WJXX she was in the water with the 30-year-old victim.

It was the second time this week that Trump's words about Russian interference required clarification and revision by the White House.

In a Fox News interview that aired this week after his controversial summit with Russian President Vladimir Putin, Trump pushed back when asked if he viewed Russia as an adversary to the United States. "He views this problem entirely through a political lens, these people say, unable or unwilling to differentiate between the question of whether his campaign colluded with Russia-which he denies-and the question of whether Russian Federation attempted to influence the election".

The evidence included texts and e-mails from Russian military officers and information gleaned from a top-secret source close to Putin, the Times reported. "If he were to do that, I think that would absolutely be grounds for removal from office", the California Democrat said Wednesday in an interview on CNN's "Erin Burnett OutFront".

"Under his charge in 2009-2010, reports on the progress of the investigation over the Magnitsky case from Moscow to the US State Department were edited", Kurennoy said. "It's another situation when he has Putin right next to him and in theory can challenge him and voice the US's absolute rejection of what happened during the election, and yet he couldn't bring himself to do that".

After Wednesday's events, the White House sought to alter the narrative.

"Russia lost 50 million people and helped us win the war", Trump said.

He appeared to have said earlier in the day that it had stopped, a position that directly contradicted American intelligence head Dan Coats's contention that the Russian threat was "ongoing".

"My people came to me ... they said they think it's Russia" that interfered, Trump said.

On the Senate floor Wednesday, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer called on Republicans to force Trump into releasing the returns. White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders said the president did was not replying to a reporter's question about whether he believes Russian Federation is still targeting the United States and its elections. "I dislike these people because they wanted to grab up so much power and use it against the American people", Paul continued.

Capital murder charges filed against suspected serial killer
During the search, Gonzalez tweeted that the perpetrator behind the crimes is " considered a serial killer , armed & risky ". A chase ensued for around 15 minutes, and Rodriguez was taken into custody without incident at around 7 a.m., Gonzalez said.

He didn't reverse other statements in which he gave clear credence to Putin's "extremely strong and powerful" denial of Russian involvement, raised doubts about his own intelligence agencies' conclusions and advanced discredited conspiracy theories about election meddling.
