A Georgia waitress absolutely owned a male customer who thought he could get away with groping her rear end as he walked out.

After reviewing the surveillance footage taken inside the restaurant, police arrested him and handed him over to the Chatham County Sheriff's Office on June 30.

A United States waitress who put a customer in a chokehold after he grabbed her backside says she's glad she showed other women how they can stand up for themselves. The incident was caught on CCTV and shows a man dressed in a red t-shirt move his hand onto the buttocks of Holden as she is looking at a notepad.

She quickly grabbed the back of his shirt, put him in a choke hold and, with a 60-pound weight disadvantage, threw him into a nearby table.

A man who thought it'd be A-OK to grab a waitress' butt found out otherwise in a very painful way - specifically the viral way.

After the surveillance footage surfaced, police arrested Ryan Cherwinski, 31, of Palm Bay, Florida, on suspicion of sexual battery, the newspaper reported. "I took the guy down and had my co-workers call the police", Holden told the Daily Mail.

'Once the police saw the video, they immediately arrested him. "I didn't even think". Then she gave him a piece of her mind.

A man seen in the foreground of the video can be seen oblivious to what is happening behind him until the cart hits his chair as Holden tosses Cherwinski.

The judges refused but commended them on their ambition and talent and promptly sent them through to the live shows. The couple progressed to the next round, with the judges recognising their skill, despite the fumble in their act.

Between Reddit and the video posted on YouTube, she's been getting congratulations from far and wide.

She says she then asked a coworker to call the cops, and she claims Cherwinski tried to play it off as barely touching her as he tried to get past her.

Holden later commented on Facebook about the incident. "I'm not glad that it happened, but I'm glad that it's had such a positive outcome", she said.
