But one soon-to-be Texas A&M alumna's graduation pictures are giving 'see you later alligator, ' a whole new meaning.

A college senior in Texas has drawn quite a response as she posed for her graduation photos with a massive alligator.

Noland, who will be graduating from A&M this week with a degree in Wildlife and Fisheries Sciences, worked with Tex every day since she arrived in Beaumont. During her internship, she developed a strong bond with this alligator named Tex, and to celebrate the occasion, she chose to take a few snaps with it who she dubbed as a "sweetheart", and 'best friend'.

Noland said she is very careful around Big Tex, and her boss, Arlie Hammonds, keeps a close eye on the not-so-expected pair of friends.

So, he was caught and gets to "live the remainder of his life at Gator Country". For example, Tex was rescued in 2016 from the Trinity River National Wildlife Refuge in Liberty because he kept begging for food from people in boats.
